Our journey
Scott and Katie began their careers in facilities management, building hands-on experience across cleaning, grounds care and property upkeep.
Working in Sydney, they developed their operational systems, customer service standards and practical approach to managing buildings efficiently.
Returning home to Leeds, Yorkshire Block Maintenance was launched with a focus on dependable service, clear communication and doing the job properly.
Now supporting blocks, estates and commercial properties across Yorkshire, the team delivers planned maintenance and rapid response support.
